My best artwork this year would be my final artwork because it is the one that expresses me best with what keeps me going. An artwork i would like to redo would be the wire sculpture. Just because it isn't very metal-like or proportional. Something i have learned this year in art would be how to take things in steps to get the job done. Helps out with everyday life. One thing i wish we could have done in art would be to just draw art on paper. But this is 3-D Art not 2-D.

My artwork is the letter B. It all black with a few pictures and drawings of what i like to do and also what i live for. I created my artwork out of paper cups/task board/cardboard tape/white paint stuff/paint/modge podge/paper. Big idea behind my artwork is to show what keeps me going. This artwork is probably the one i like most from this year. My goals were to make it look decent. Overall thoughts of my artwork is that is turned out good. Only thing that could be better is it could be smoother. Otherwise its good
My artwork is going kinda good. I am sharing what i like to do/what i put time into. My plan has stayed the same during working on the artwork. working on getting pictures ready to print and get onto my letter.
Reflect- One thing i would do differently would be to make my artwork look a little smoother by putting more time into it. Express- I am making it my own by putting pictures that relate to me on it. My plan is to make a 3D letter out of paper cups. taskboard, glue, and cardboard tape. Then paint over that. Then i want to collage pictures with modge podge then draw some stuff in the spots pictures dont cover. Inspiration is james lewis. I plan on putting on pictures of thing si like/like to do.
Reflect- i learned how to make a plan by including stuff i love. Envision- came up with idea from classmates I created a cup/mug out of clay. The process i picked was kinda like a pinch pot method. Things i struggled with were trying to make the handle stick to the cup and trying to make it smooth. Things i succeeded with were making a mug. Develop Craft- I learned how to work with clay. It was my first time working with this kind. Envision- Came up with idea from just not knowing what to make then just making a cup/mug.
My artwork is silver metal like person in its normal form. i created this artwork out of wire, tinfoil, styrofoam, paper towel, modge podge, and paint and metallic. First i made the wire and made it into a person first. Then i wrapped tinfoil around the wire and made it proportional. Then i used modge podge and paper towel to make it finishable. Then painted it black so i could put the metal-like finish on it. Not really expressing anything with my artwork. My goals for this artwork was to make it proportional and metal-like. My overall thought of my artwork is it turned out fine but wish i wouldve did bronze colored to make it look more realistic kinda.
I am just making a dude in its normal form. I learned how to work with wire and foil to create a person. not really expressing anything with my artwork.
My Artwork is a few different non-representative shapes all different colors and sizes. Created artwork out of cardboard, paper, markers, and foam. Big idea behind it is its non-representative or don't explain nothing. My goals for this artwork was to create something that looks kinda cool and colorful without it meaning or looking like anything. My overall thoughts are it turned out alright but could still improve with neatness. Some of the principles i used was movement, variety, and some balance.
Principles i am working and focusing on are movement, variety, and a little balance.
Develop craft- learned how make make things kinda blend in and mix together to have a little bit of a meeting. Envision- Mrs. Underhill gave me the idea to try something similar. i considered how everything would work before i started. My artwork is a barn/shed. I painted the bottom half red and the top black kinda like a barn. It has one door and one window. I created my artwork out of popsicle sticks and wood glue and also hot glue. The big idea behind my artwork is i wanted to make a shed-like sculpture. My goals for this artwork was to make it look like something and make it look cool. My overall thoughts about my artwork is i should've connected the popsicle sticks a little better and used hot glue on the whole thing. I could have put more windows in and made it look a little more neat. I sketched everything out before i started but changed some things as i went on. It isn't what imagined, but overall it turned out fine. |
